2. Then click on 'Forgot my password'.
3. Enter your email and click 'Submit'.

To clean your flabelus, use a soft, dry natural coloured cloth. Do not dry clean. Do not iron. Do not bleach.

If you want to check the status of your order, you can do so by following these simple steps:
1. Log in with your account.
2. Once inside your profile, your orders will appear.
3. Click on the order you would like to track.

You have a period of 15 days from the date of purchase to manage your exchanges and returns following the instructions indicated.

The products available on our website are the ones available to buy. You can sign up to the waitlist inside each product to receive a notification when stock is available again.

Our Flabelus are a narrow last and generally size 0.5 smaller than usual. If you are between sizes or have a wider foot, we recommend choosing one size up.

Once your order is prepared and picked up by the courier company you can track the shipment through the assigned tracking.

We have different available payment methods including card payment, PayPal and other available options.

Please contact support with your order number and photos of the defect.

The difference will be refunded through the same payment method used.

You will have to pay the corresponding difference.

Refunds are processed within 72 hours after receiving and checking the returned product.
